Our current team consists of 29 technical engineers, customer service personnel, and administrators who collectively manage and protect thousands of systems for medical and dental practices, legal and financial service providers, charities, educational institutions, and other small to midsized organizations. Every member of our staff is local, full-time and exclusive. We never out-source. Our engineers tailor their customer relationships to meet each client where they are, and make recommendations to support them toward reaching their organizational goals by using IT solutions to expand internal capacity, maximize efficiency and productivity, and enhance security, connectivity, and end-user experience.
Southridge Technology is owned and operated by Jonathan and Janine Gibney of Brookfield. Jonathan, Southridge’s founder (Joe Garzi), and one of our principal engineers (Jason Schmeltz), were colleagues in a finance company in 1997. Joe founded Southridge in 2000, and Jonathan and Jason joined him in 2005. Jonathan and his wife, Janine (a New York public school teacher) took over Southridge in December 2019 when Joe retired.
