Exceed communication and service every time. Very pleased to have Southridge as our tech support.  I had a tricky issue to figure out in my laptop settings. David found the issue and resolved it successfully. He was very professional and patient. (I would lose my marbles dealing with it.) They provided us a same day solution with urgency, professionalism and exceptional customer service.  Southridge is a great team of people committed to providing positive results for their clients. Everyone knows that Southridge Technology are the experts in technology. But does everyone know how committed they are to giving back to the community. At Saint Joseph Parenting Center we are fortunate to have been the recipients of their generosity of time, talent and treasure.
