Southridge Technology has demonstrated to me that it does not possess the talent and has the understanding of how to provide personal computer (PC) professional services for both hardware and software.  Their Gary Diggs screwed up my Gmail and Chrome settings and set up a cloud that everything was supposed to link to on my PC and laptop while traveling, but it never worked.  I found Steve Hossan, owner of PC Guys in Danbury, to do what I wanted all along. His highly competent and professional work on assessing and recommending hardware and software solutions, and then, the actual configuration of my cloud-based data on One Drive, is nothing short of fantastic! Southridge Technology caused me more problems than I could have ever imagined from any competent PC computer service, and in fact did absolutely nothing to help me other than delete some files crowding my hard drive and slowing it down.  I sincerely regret, as a sole-practitioner lawyer and real estate broker with a home-based office, ever hiring them. PC Guys is the best organization I have encountered in over 30 years.!
Now, Southridge Technology is trying to -- in its reply to my initial comments here -- make me out to be difficult to please. Just totally incorrect and deceiving. I had only one technician from Staples with who I was dissatisfied after the young man changed out my computer, took the old one, and recycled it. Then, a day or two later I discovered he failed to transfer all my hard drive files to the new computer hard drive. Absolutely irresponsible and stupid error! I am a lawyer, and I could have sued Southridge, but it is not worth the time and effort for the amount involved in Superior Court Small Claims; it would not settle, but the truth is what it is -- they never accomplished much at all -- and not even the proper backing up to One Drive -- and if they want to go to court, I am prepared to prove everything I have said with expert testimony. Cannot say enough good things about Southridge Technology!  We called early in the morning with an issue with our pano machine and they were in the office that afternoon with the problem solved quickly!  Marlon, the technician, was amazing and a great ambassador for the company.  Ashley was extremely helpful in setting the appointment up and answering our questions.
