The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. They have a membership of over 1600 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

Some of the many benefits that the 9th offers it’s members are 28 mce credits of Continuing Education, publishing a quarterly Bulletin containing timely information and articles, and endorsing companies that needed by the members.

The 9th endorses companies whose services range from insurance, financial, and legal to practice needs.  The Member Benefits Committee maintains oversight over endorsements.  An endorsement by the 9th brings with it an assurance to members of the quality of services and a commitment on the part of headquarters to make sure high standards are adhered to.
