Color Coding Emails
Set up Outlook so that emails from important contacts show up as a specific color in your inbox. Although these instructions may vary according to Outlook versions, you can generally color code contacts by following these steps:
- Open Microsoft Outlook
- Click on “Tools”
- Click on “Organize”
- Click on “Using Colors”
- Choose colors for your important contacts!
